We met with Mant and his team, selected the fireplace that we wanted and the Team came to home measured up and gave us the plan. The day of the installation, the team came, took a long time to do the prep (basically covering with everything with dust sheets etc.) and then away they went and finished installing in one and half days. It would have finished in one day but there was an issue with my Chimney but they sorted it out without fuss. 6 months after installation one of the tiles was loose, no issues Mant arranged for his team to come and sort out. 45 min job and done. I would highly recommend Evans as they are very professional, no headaches, clean work, and the amazing team both in the showroom and on site. Thank you for a great job, we really enjoyed our fireplace in 2022, not only saved lots of money but kept warm and a lovely feature in our home. The only think I am disappointed about is that they give you a score to score 1 out of 5, I wish it was higher as I would have given 6 or 7. Happy to share photos.
